REEGEN is an independent, licensed BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes consultancy. We have over twenty years' experience in renewable energy, community regeneration, green buildings and sustainable development.
Our team provide a comprehensive and professional service to Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Developers, Architects, Contractors, Business and more. Working with our clients from the initial concept and design stage, we help design teams to develop the right specifications to meet a project's BREEAM or Code requirements as effectively and efficiently as possible. Our expertise supports clients through to the construction, post-construction and operation phases.
REEGEN services include:
REEGEN has achieved BREEAM Accredited Professional status. This qualification recognises specialist skills in sustainability and environmental design combined with a high level of competence in the BREEAM assessment process. Under BREEAM 2008 there are up to two credits available for the comprehensive use of a qualified Accredited Professional throughout a project. However, we must be appointed at, or before, RIBA stage B for these 'Innovation' credits to apply.
